Following Vietnamese tradition, each delicious entrée portioned to be shared and enjoyed by the whole party. Our graceful Vietnamese dining carries few select traditional noodle soups & rice dishes.

Our emphasis is on the more upscale delights of Vietnamese culture, with a French flare. All the dishes are executed and accomplished with skill using lightness and subtlety distinguishing classic Vietnamese cooking.

Our cuisine emphasizes on grilling, roasting, steaming and sautéing to make most of each ingredient’s color, texture, taste and aroma. Customers concerned about health and nutrition will find numerous choices on our menu. Le Bambou uses only 100% cholesterol-free canola oil when preparing our food.

Many dishes are wrapped in lettuce accompanied by fresh herbs and vegetables. Others are eaten in delicate rice paper wrappers. Fresh, tasty dipping sauces accompany both appetizers and main dishes. The contrasting flavors of lemon grass, garlic, cilantro, chili, ginger and mint combined with the crisp, soft and silky textures of the different shrimp, scallops, fish, chicken, vegetarian and beef dishes make for an unusually diversified cuisine.
